IbeforeE is a Loudoun County acting company that focuses on new, cutting-edge plays while remaining faithful to quality work from theatre's rich past. When we say "less is more," the goal of IbeforeE is to bring modern theatre technologies and blend them with minimalist set designs to highlight the stories being told. Thus, less clutter on stage equals more focus on the actors and the plots they weave as strong, full characters. IbeforeE also introduces original plays from leading local playwrights. Many of the plays performed may have only one or two actors in them, thus allowing an intimacy to grow between the story and its audience. After all, Virginia is for lovers...of good theatre.
